新型超快速三角波脉冲电路的研究

A NEW PULSE GENERATOR FOR GENERATION OF EXTREMELYFAST TRIANGLE WAVEFORM

摘要 本文讨论了一种新型三角波脉冲发生器,此脉冲发生器是由雪崩晶体管作为开关器件,产生出的三角波脉冲半宽度为3.5ns,上升时间最快达2ns,幅值为±1300V,电路的延迟时间为8.3us。 The investigation of new triangle waveform pulse generator is discussed in this paper. A series of avalanche transistors is used as switch sets of this pulse generator. In order to obtain triangle waveform, two strings of avalanche transistors, which are triggered in different modes, are used to charge and discharge a capacitor respectively. It is worth emphasizing that only one trigger pulse is needed for the whole circuit. The half width of 3.5 ns, the rising and falling time of about 2 ns and amplit tude of ±1.3kv have been achieved with this unit. Its delay time is about 8.3 ns. It is intended to be used in specially designed picosecond and nanosecond framing camera and in picosecond and femtosecond streak camera.
