摘要
在对盘中滩水电站的工程地质条件认真分析研究基础上，参考前人资料，与水工设计密切配合，提出了软基上修建水电站的处理措施，并对地基的稳定进行分析研究。
Based on conscientiously analyzing and studying to engineering geologic conditions of the Panzhongtan hydropower station,the author consulted the forefathers' materials, cooperated closely with hydraulic structure designer, and suggested the dealing countermeasures of building hydropower station in soft foundation.He also analyzed and studied the stablity of foundation.
