摘要
元情绪是个体对自我情绪的觉知、体验、评价、描述与监控的能力。危机既涉及社会组织层面的突发事件,又涉及个人心理层面的特殊心理状态,在基于社会组织层面的危机管理与基于个人心理层面的危机干预相结合的全面危机处理中,元情绪已成为领导者不可或缺的能力。元情绪具有体现生命自觉的自我意识特性和统领各种情绪相关事务的执行功能特性,并在情绪明晰度、注意度与强度三方面存在差异。有效提升领导者元情绪能力的方法主要包括元情绪自评、情绪机理学习、情绪感知与识别,以及情绪聚焦、情绪回溯、外部强化与身心调适等技术的运用。
Meta-emotion is a kind of self-awareness, self-evaluation, self-description and self-monitoring capabilities of emotions. Crisis includes both the emergent events from society and organization aspect and the specific individual state of mind from psychological aspect. In the course of comprehensive crisis handling combining the crisis management with regard to the social organization aspect and the crisis intervention with regard to the personal psychological aspect, meta-emotion has already become leader ’s indispensable ability as an important factor of emotional self-management. Meta-emotion relates to self-awareness and executive functions and differs among individuals in emotional clarity, attention, and intensity. The ways of improving meta-emotional competence of leaders include meta-emotion evaluation, understanding the mechanism of emotion, emotion perceiving and discrimination, as well as using the skills of emotion focusing, emotional recalling, external reinforcement and psychosomatic adjustment.
