摘要
在对长三角都市圈创新体系发展现状进行聚类分析的基础上,构建长三角都市圈创新体系系统动力学模型,仿真分析长三角都市圈创新体系的运行机制,指出长三角都市圈创新体系各子系统的运行表现。研究结果表明:长三角都市圈创新体系政府子系统的宏观管理效益具有不断提高的趋势;企业子系统目前经济增长的影响因素中依靠劳动力增长速度所占比重依然最大,具有明显的粗放型特征;高校和科研机构子系统在长三角都市圈创新体系运行中发挥了关键作用;企业创新投资总额、企业技术引进总额和年技术输出成交总额构成长三角都市圈创新体系技术市场发育的关键因素。
Based on the cluster analysis on the development situation of Yangtze River Delta Metropolitan Region innovation system, this paper builds up systematic dynamics model of the Yangtze River Metropolitan Region innovation system and analyzes its operation mechanism by simulation. The simulating conclusions show that macro management efficiency for sub-system of government increasing constantly; growth for sub-system of business mainly relying on labor and investment so as to having obvious extensive features; sub-system of college and research institution playing an important role in the development of Yangtze River Metropolitan Region innovation system; innovation investment, technology introducing and technology export forming key factors for technology market development of the metropolitan region innovation system.
