摘要
率先转变发展方式,既是长江三角洲地区自身发展的迫切需要,也关系到国家整体发展大局。长江三角洲地区要率先优化产业结构,率先提高自主创新能力,率先实现城乡统筹发展,率先深化体制机制改革,率先提升开放型经济水平,率先加快生态文明建设,率先推进区域一体化发展。长江三角洲地区建设应成为实践科学发展观的示范区、改革创新的引领区、现代化建设的先行区和国际化发展的先导区。
The first change in mode of development, the Yangtze River Delta region is an urgent need for self-development, but also related to the overall situation of the country’s overall development. The Yangtze River Delta region should take the lead in optimizing the industrial structure, the first to improve the capability of independent innovation, the first to achieve urban and rural co-ordinate the development of institutional mechanisms to deepen the reform of the first to take the lead in upgrading the level of an open economy, the first to speed up the ecological civilization construction, the first to promote the development of regional integration. The Yangtze River Delta region should be built into practice the scientific concept of development of the demonstration area, reform and innovation to lead the area, first area of modernization and internationalization of the development of pilot areas.
