摘要
本文针对信息社会对图书馆提出的更高要求和新技术在图书馆工作中的广泛应用，分析了传统图书馆工作体系的弊端，提出了一种基于知识分类原理的新的工作体系模式，即按照知识体系将图书馆工作划分为若干节点，在某一节点中完成相应知识体系的一切文献的搜集、整理、加工、流通、检索、咨询等工作。这一工作体系加强了工作人员同文献知识内容和读者的联系，有利于改进图书馆工作，提高工作效率。
In view of the further requirement for libraries put forward by information society and the wide application of new technologies in the library operation,this article analyses the disadvantages about the traditional library operation system.It advances a new mode of library operation system on the basis of the knowledge classification principle,i.e.the library operation process is separated into some nodes according to the knowledge system and at every node all library operations must be done including acquisition,process,circulation,accessing,reference service,etc.The new library operation system can promote the connection among the librarans,information and readers,and help improve library operation,raises operation efficiency.
