摘要
本文分析了当前文献数据库及检索刊物存在的质量问题，介绍了中国航天文献数据库和《中国导弹与航天文摘》的质量控制措施。包括充分开发软件功能，实现计算机辅助质量控制，相关字段校验，解决二级汉字和多音字排序问题，实现索引自动排序，检索刊物编排自动化。指出建立机构代码数据库和主题词数据库等规范数据库的重要性。
The quality problems of present document databases and abstract and index journal are analyzed . The quality control measures of China Astronautics Database and China Astronautics and Missilery Abstract are introduced. They are:Adequately developing software functions,inplementing computer aided quality control,checking relatively fields,solving the sorting problem of two-level and more-pronunciation Chinese character,carrying out indexes sorting automation,and layout automation of abstract and index journal. The importance of authority databases like corporate source code database and subject database is discussed.
