本文从“预防性参考点”概念的提出和该参考点在渔业养护和管理上应用的准则以及制订等方面。
Based on the aspects such as putting forward
“precautionary reference prints”,defining the concept and their guidelines for application in
conservation and management of fish stocks, the paper introduces guidelines to be applied to the
fishing activities carried out in the various exclusive economic zones or the high seas. [
