摘要
应用柱色谱预分离、色谱质谱联用技术,以NBS标准质谱对照系统为主要定性手段,对中国山西省典型的沙棘果油中的不皂化物进行了系统研究,从中检测出105种化合物、多数成份未有文献报道。
The components of unsaponifiable matters of seabuckthorn fruit oil from Shanxi, China, were analyzed by a combined technique of GS/MS, and were compared with the NBS standard mass spactra, in which 105 compounds were found, and most of them have not been reported before.
