摘要
由各地区文化遗产构成的中国传统文化在全球化的背景中显得越来越重要,对此我们必须有清醒的认识。为此,各地区应该自觉行动起来,对本地区的文化遗产全面普查,采取多种方法科学保护,创新传统文化传承机制,从多种途径努力,积极发展文化产业,把文化资源与经济要素相结合,让传统文化作为经济系统的生产要素,充分发挥出它促进报酬递增的潜力,消解传统文化的保护、传继、弘扬与现代化在现实中经常性出现的矛盾。
Traditional Chinese culture composed of cultural heritage of different regions is becoming increasingly important under globalization. Therefore, each region must take the initiative to conduct overall surveys of its cultural heritage, provides protection for it with scientific methods, make innovation in the mechanism of culture succession, exert great efforts through va- rious channels to develop cultural industry and propagation of traditional culture, make combination of cultural resources and e- conomic elements to make traditional culture the productive elements in economic elements and to fully exploit its potential of promoting increasing returns, make elimination of the usual contradictions in reality among culture＇s protection, succession, propagation and modernization.
