摘要 本文以水为流动相,宽分布葡聚糖为标准,用水相凝胶色谱法测定水解蛋白的分子量及分子量分布,可以直接测定水解蛋白。样品稀释度、进样量、流动相流速对测定结果无明显影响,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%。 An aqueous gel chromatography was developed for determination of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of protein hydrolysate with water as solvents and dextran wide, molecular weight distribution as standard. The protein hydrolysate would be directly determinated, the reults were not effected by degree of dilution, volume of sample and flow rate of solvents the relative standard deviation was below 10%.
