鸡传染性贫血病灭活苗的研制 被引量:9

摘要 用福尔马林溶液对CAV进行灭活,通过常规途径制备鸡贫血病油乳剂灭活苗。将此灭活苗接种SPF成鸡,接种后3周检测成鸡CAV抗体,检出率为9/9;同时检测到子代鸡血清抗体和卵黄抗体,阳性率分别为5/5、13/15。用CAV强毒攻击子代鸡,测得该灭活苗对子代鸡的保护率为5/5。实验证明,鸡贫血病灭活苗可以预防子代鸡感染CAV,能够控制贫血病的发生。 The CAV was inactivated by formalin Then prepared for the inactivated vaccine with a commercial oil adjuvant according to the normal way SPF breeder birds were inoculated with this vaccine The antibody to CAV was detected 3 weeks post vaccination,the positive ratios were 9/9; The antibody in yolks and in the serum of progeny were also checked,the positive ratios were 13/15 and 5/5 The progeny were challenged with virulent CAV,the protection ratio was 5/5 These results proves that the inactivated vaccine could control of CAV infected to the progeny by vaccination of breeders.
