摘要
用直接法新工艺,即由适宜的高岭土不经焙烧处理直接合成,制备了优良的洗涤用4A沸石。钙交换能力达到291mgSCaCO_3/g绝干沸石,相对白度90~95,平均粒径1.74μm。本文着重讨论了这种新工艺过程的控制因素,对产物的物理化学性能进行了表征。
A fine 4 A zeolite for detergent was synthesized from suitable kaoline by new direct method without the calcination process.The product has high Ca-exchange ability of 219 mg CaCO3/g, good whiteness and uniform particleEize.The controlled factors in the new process were discussed and physi-chemical properties of the products were characterized.
