摘要
收集了某医院急诊药房2009年5月共180例退药处方,统计分析了退药申请科室、涉及药物以及退药原因。建议医院加强医疗质量管理,提高处方质量,增进医患沟通,提高急诊药学服务能力和水平。
180 cases of returning medicine in emergency pharmacy in May 2009 in Affiliated Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University were collected. The application department,drugs as well as the causes for returning medicine were analyzed. Suggestions such as strengthening medical quality management,improving prescription quality,promoting hospital-patient communication and enhancing emergency pharmaceutical service as well were discussed.
