摘要
从国内乙二醇装置的运行情况来看,多效蒸发器的腐蚀比较普遍,碳钢蒸发器常发生腐蚀减薄,奥氏体不锈钢蒸发器焊缝热影响区多见裂纹的存在。文章对多个蒸发器的腐蚀案例进行了分析比较,确定了碳钢蒸发器的腐蚀减薄是由有机酸腐蚀引起的;奥氏体不锈钢蒸发器的裂纹是由氯化物应力腐蚀引起的。并据此提出了合理的选材建议。
According to the domestic operation situations of ethylene glycol units,corrosion problem of multi-effect evaporator is very common.Generally,corrosion thinning often occurs in the carbon evaporators,while cracks usually exist in weld heat affected zone of austenitic stainless steel evaporator.In this paper,some evaporators' corrosion cases are analyzed and compared.It is found out that the corrosion thinning of carbon steel evaporator is caused by organic acid corrosion while chloride stress corrosion cracking gives rise to cracks in austenitic stainless steel evaporator.Reasonable recommendations of material selection are given according to the above research results.
