摘要
从激素配比和培养条件两方面对毛白杨玻璃化的成因进行了研究，初步认为培养容器不同所造成的透气性和相对湿度等方面的差异是导致毛白杨玻璃化产生的重要因素．改变培养容器、改善透气性可将玻璃化程度大大降低．
The types and concentration of hormones and culture conditions in plant tissue culture were studied. The vitrification of regeneration shoots of P.tomentosa was mostly affected by culture vessels. The frequency of vitrification was lower in the culture flasks than in the culture dishes. The ventilation and relative humility were the major factors influencing vitrification.
