改进Utermhl法计数船舶压载水中的活体生物

Improved Utermhl Method Counted Viable Organism in Ship′s Ballast Water

摘要 提出采用真空抽滤改进Utermhl沉降浓缩方法。实验得出,与Utermhl沉降浓缩方法的结果相关性良好,浓缩时间只需10min(缩短99.3%),应可广泛应用于船舶压载水微生物检测以及其他需浓缩样品的检测。 Use of vacuum filtration to improve Utermtohl sedimentation apparatus, experiment results, which has a good correlation with the Utermtihl sedimentation apparatus, and has 10rain filtration time (reduced 99.3% time compare with the Utermtohl sedimentation). It should be widely used in ship's ballast water microbiological testing, as welt as other information required to concentrate the sample testing.
