摘要
聚合物驱油是化学驱的主要方式之一,但油田长期注水开发导致油藏储层及流体物性发生较大变化,使得聚合物驱油过程中经常出现高渗透条带聚合物窜流,从而降低了驱油效率。通过微观的可视化实验,研究了聚合物在不同渗透率级差下的窜流规律,以及聚合物注入速度和质量浓度对聚合物驱窜聚的影响。从凝胶堵剂和注聚合物措施实施方案2个方面研究了防窜措施。矿场试验证明,建立的防窜措施有较好的适应性,提高了聚合物利用率,扩大了聚合物驱的波及体积,单井含水率下降了5%,累积增油量为426t。
Polymer flooding is one of the main chemical floods,because of long time waterflood development,the reservoirs and fluid fea-tures changed greatly.Polymer channeling often happened in the high permeability reservoirs during the polymer flooding,which resulted in low oil displacement efficiency.The polymer channeling rules under different permeability,polymer injection velocity and injection concentration were researched by microcosmic visualization experiments.The channeling prevention was studied from two aspects of gelatinous jam and treatments.The oilfield test shows that:the channeling prevention has prefera-ble adaptability.and it could improve polymer efficiency and enhance the polymer swept volume.Of a single well,the water cut dropped 5% and cumulative incremental oil is 426t.
