小儿消化性溃疡106例临床及内镜分析 被引量：4

摘要 [目的]分析小儿消化性溃疡(PU)的临床表现、并发症、内镜改变和与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关系。[方法]对106例PU患儿的资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]小儿PU临床症状具有不典型性,且个体差异较大,并发症以上消化道出血为主,幽门梗阻多发生于婴幼儿期。内镜检查十二指肠溃疡发病率较胃溃疡高,且发病与Hp感染关系密切。[结论]小儿PU症状不典型,对临床上凡有原因不明的反复发作性腹痛、长期呕吐、黑便、呕血、慢性贫血患儿均应作胃镜和Hp等相关检查,以免误诊或漏诊。
