摘要
采用热重(TG)法测定淀粉基塑料中的淀粉含量。首先确定淀粉和淀粉基塑料在TG曲线中的特征温度及该温度所对应的质量损失率,结果表明,淀粉与树脂的热失重特征温度存在明显差异,淀粉基塑料中各组分的失重相对独立,且失重过程与各组分单独失重时相同,因此可通过纯淀粉的失重率采用比例法计算淀粉基塑料中的淀粉含量,当淀粉含量超过10%时,比例法计算的结果的相对误差小于10%。
Thermogravimetry(TG) was used to determine the content of starch in starch based plastics. The respective characteristic temperatures and mass loss under that temperatures in TG curves were determined. It was found that the characteristic temperatures of starch and resin were different, the mass loss of each component were relatively independent in starch based plastics, and the mass loss in starch-based plastics was the same as each single component. So the content of starch in starch based plastics could be calculated by proportional method through mass loss rate of pure starch. Results showed that the relative error was less than 10 % when the content of starch was more than 10 %.
