摘要
目的报道一种少见的头颈部慢性炎性疾病(嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿)并复习相关文献。方法回顾性分析4例头颈部嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿临床以及病理资料。结果男女各2例,年龄14～43岁,平均27岁。表现为耳周或颈部包块,血常规为嗜酸性粒细胞百分比增高。均行手术治疗,病理为嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿。1例手术加术后放疗者对侧出现新的病变,再次手术;其余3例手术切除术后复发2例。结论嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿具有典型的临床和病理学特点,单纯手术疗效不理想,需综合治疗。
Objective To report a rare chronic inflammatory disorder,eosinophilic lymphoid granuloma（ELG）,in head and neck with literature review.Methods Clinical and pathological data of four cases of ELG was studied retrospectively.Literature was reviewed.Results Of all the 4 cases,they were two male and two female,ages 14~43.The typical clinical manifestation was periauricular and/or neck masses and was concomitant with periphreal eosinophilia.All the cases underwent surgical excision.Pathological examination showed marked infiltration of eosinophil and lymphocyte with germinal centers,proliferation of blood vessel,and thick fibrosis.One case received postoperative radiotherapy.Two cases underwent operation two or three times because of recurrence.Conclusion ELG possesses typical clinical and pathological characteristics and needs comprehensive treatment.
