摘要
目的 探讨类风湿性关节炎合理有效的治疗方案.方法 选择类风湿关节炎患者40例行三氧（03）关节内注射、星状神经节超激光照射与口服中药.结果 40例患者经过三氧治疗后,关节疼痛肿胀消失,功能恢复或恢复至发病前.经星状神经节照射与中药口服连续治疗两年以上者29例,在无诱因的情况下,病情基本趋于稳定.结论 类风湿性关节炎采用上述3种方法综合治疗,关节炎症和疼痛症状可迅速消除,能有效防止发病关节的畸形发展,控制病情.
Objective To explore the rational and effective method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Forty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated by ozone （O3） injection into articular cavity, stellate ganglion radiation and oral Chinese herbal medicine. Results The articular pain and swelling disappeared and the articular function was recovery or restored to the premorbid condition after the treatment with ozone injection in the forty patients. The patient＇s condition was stabilized in the absence of predisposing causes in 29 cases treated continuously more than two years. Conclusion Elimination of arthritis pain and swelling is quickly and effectively and the development of articular deformities is effectively controlled after the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the methods mentioned above.
