摘要
清朝末年,在租佃关系发达的江南地区,出现了地主这一群体的组织——田业会。20世纪一二十年代,田业会得到了较大的发展,其产生的主要原因是为了统一收租事宜,共同对付农民的群体性抗租,但也有以集团的力量对抗官府过度索取之意图。它的产生和发展,反映了20世纪上半期中国社会土地关系、租佃制度和农村关系的重大变化。
The Chamber of Land is the Landlords＇ group organization which appeared in the Jiangnan region during the late Qing Dynasty. from the late Qing Dynasy to the founding of the PRC the Chamber of Land existed in the south for half a century, which played an important role in the tenancy relationship in Jiangnan. Its main thrust is to gather to- gether and colluded with his official in order to jointly deal with the mass anti-rent farmers. The emergence and devel- opment of the organization reflects the end of the feudal society of land relations, tenancy system and major changes in rural society. It is worth further study.
