摘要
等径角挤压(ECAP)是一种利用纯剪切变形获得块状超细晶材料的方法。利用非线性有限元软件对纯铝的ECAP变形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了等效应变和等效应力分布规律,为今后的研究打下基础。
Equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) is a method for fabrication bulk ultra-fine grained materials by way of simple shar deformation. In this paper,non-liner finite element software is used to simulate the deformation process of pure aluminum undergoing ECAP. The distribution of equal effective strain and equal effective stress is obtained through numerical simulation. And the existent problem of ECAP is also analysed.
