摘要
运用主成分分析法,结合SPSS统计软件,对中药小蓟不同部位12种矿物元素进行定量评价,由第1、2主成分的累计方差的贡献率达到84.375%,为小蓟药材道地性研究提供科学依据。
The use of principal component analysis,combined with SPSS statistical software,to traditional Chinese medicine thistle 12 mineral elements in different parts of the quantitative evaluation of 1,2 from the first principal component of the cumulative variance contribution rate of 84.375% for the thistle herbs authentic research provide a scientific basis.
