摘要
生产政治指涉的是企业内部管理权力与工人权利之间的不同关系的经验过程,管理权力与工人权利之间的关系一旦结构化而定型,就形成了一定的生产政体,即生产领域中的政治和意识形态机构。社会主义市场经济发展过程中的企业变革是一个深刻的制度变迁过程,这就意味着中国具有丰富多样的实践经验,依托发轫于西方的生产政治理论和各自不同的经验观察,海内外学者围绕生产政体模式和生产政治的经验过程展开了一场持续的对话,这不仅意味着对中国经验认识的深入,而且意味着生产政治理论发展的契机。
Production politics denotes the various dynamic relations between the managerial power and the rights of labor inside an enterprise. Once the relationship between the managerial power and the rights of labor is structured, it will give rise to a production polity, i.e., a form of political and ideological institution in the production area. Transformation of enterprises in the development of socialist market economy has proved to be a profound institutional change. Drawn on the rich practical experiences from China and equipped with the theory of production politics and various observations from the west, Chinese and overseas scholars have engaged themselves in an ongoing dialogue centering around models and experiences of production politics. This will bring about not only deeper insights into China＇s experiences, but also a spur for the development of the theory of production politics itself.
