2007年-2008年珠海地区H3N2亚型流感病毒HA1基因特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解珠海市2007年-2008年H3N2亚型流感病毒流行情况及血凝素基因变异情况。方法:按照时间顺序,随机选取12株2007年-2008年珠海市分离的H3N2亚型流感病毒株进行血凝素HA1序列测定并推导出其氨基酸序列进行分析。结果:H3N2亚型流感病毒在2007年为优势株,2008年成为弱势株。2007年分离株与该年疫苗株比较多数增加了1个糖基化位点,抗原决定簇有4个氨基酸位点发生了替换,并导致其抗原性发生漂移。2008年分离株氨基酸序列与该年疫苗株比较未发生明显变异。结论:2007年根据WHO疫苗推荐株生产的疫苗对该年我市H3N2亚型流感预防效果不好,以致于H3亚型在我市该年度成为优势株,引起广泛流行。2008年H3N2亚型流感病毒为该年度流感流行的弱势株,其HA1基因序列与该年度疫苗株相比未发生明显变异,对人群的保护效果较好。 Objective:To analyze the prevalence and genetic characteristics of Hemagglutinin of influenza H3N2 virus in Zhuhai during 2007~2008.Methods:12 H3N2 strains isolated were selected according to different time phases.The Hemagglutinin(HA1) gene of those strains were sequenced and analyzed.Results:Influenza H3N2 virus was dominant in Zhuhai in 2007.The amino acid sequence of HA1 showed that there was a glycosylation site acquired,and there were 4 sites changed at HA1 domin in most strains isolated in 2007 as compared with the vaccine strain recommended by WHO.There was no significant variation observed the amino acid sequence of HA1 of Zhuhai strains in 2008 compared with the vaccine strain.Conclusion:The H3N2 subtype vaccine strain recommended in 2007 by WHO has no effective protection,which is the main reason for why the H3N2 virus were dominant in 2007.The amino acid sequence of HA1 of Zhuhai strains in 2008 has no distinct variation and the vaccine provides enough protection.
