经济型酒店顾客满意度测量模型及实证研究 被引量:10

摘要 本次研究采用专题组座谈和深度访谈相结合的方式,提出了经济型酒店顾客满意度4维度测量模型,它包括(1)无形服务满意度、(2)设施设备满意度、(3)环境交通满意度、(4)总体满意度。然后,本次研究开发并验证了用于测度经济型酒店顾客满意度的量表。实证分析结果表明笔者开发的量表具有较好的信度水平、整体拟合度、收敛效度、判别效度。
