摘要
目的了解肠造口患者的适应水平及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法，用造口适应量表调查129例肠造口患者的适应状况，选用SPSS13．0软件进行数据的统计分析。结果肠造口患者的总体适应水平中等，平均得分（128．6±19．38）分，其中33．3％的患者为低度适应水平，63．6％的患者为中度适应水平，3．1％的患者为高度适应水平。职业与医疗费用支付方式影响患者的适应（P〈0．05）。结论肠造口患者绝大多数处于中低度适应水平，完全适应肠造口生活者仅占少数，总体适应水平有待于提高。
Objective To describe the current status of adjustment in eolostomy patients, and explore the related factor. Methods Ostomy Adjustment Scale （OAS） was used to measure the ]eve] and degree of adjustment of. 129 colostomy patients. The data were analyzed with Software SPSS 13.0. Results Colostomy patients had a moderate level of general adjustment（ 128.6 ± 19.38） ,while 33.3% patients had a low level of adjustment, 63.6% patients had a moderate level of adjustment and 3. 1% patients had a high level of adjustment. Adjustment level of colostomy patients was influenced by some factors, including occupation, payment mode of medical cost （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Most of patients have a low to moderate level of adjustment, only few shows completely adjustment, the level adjustment of colostomy patients need to be improved.
