从招生、培养、就业三者之间的内在联系出发,准确把握电力市场发展脉搏,以市场未来发展和需求为导向科学规划招生方案;积极主动适应电力市场发展,建立多渠道的信息反馈机制,有的放矢的进行教学结构与课程改革,为电力市场发展提供有力的智力支撑和人才保障;以行业为依托,面向市场,选好突破口,点线面结合;以就业为目标,统领招生和培养工作,以科学完整的就业考核指标及方案理顺相互关系,实现利益统一,取得较好的就业工作成果。
In order to enhance the employment of electrical power specialty graduates, we should formulate enrollment and employment plans that adapt to the development of electrical power industry; we should build a information feedback mechanism by which to accordingly change the teaching structure and curriculum; we should establish a steady and healthy network of employment basis; we should guide the enrollment and training work with student employment as the goal and clear the relationship among enrollment, training and employment with a scientific and complete employment indexes and plan.
