摘要
生化黄腐酸对肉仔鸡生产性能产生较大的影响,文中设计了四处理四重复单因子试验,在不同组别的肉鸡日粮中添加不同水平的生化黄腐酸,通过统计各组日增重、料肉比、成活率分析生化黄腐酸在肉鸡日粮中的添加效果,并选择出适宜的添加剂量。试验结果表明:全期日增重各处理组间相比,其中对照组最低,显著低于其余三个处理组(P(0.05),0.03%黄腐酸组的平均日增重最大,组间差异不显著(P(0.05)。料肉比各处理组间差异不显著(P(0.05),全期料肉比试验组比对照组降低,以0.03%黄腐酸效果最明显(P(0.05)。成活率试验组比对照组三个处理均高,但差异不显著(P(0.05)。
The effect of biochemical fulvic acid on the growth performance of broilers is studied by adding it into the diet of four broiler groups with different dosage. The effect of the addition of biochemical fulvic acid was investigated with daily weight gain, feed conversion ratio and survival rate of the broilers. The experimental results show that: the daily weight gain of the control group is the lowest, significantly lower than those of other three treatment groups in the whole process (P 〈 0.05) ; the biggest average daily weight gain appears in the group with 0. 03 % fulvic acid addition but the difference of daily weight gain among the three treatment groups is not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The feed conversion ratio of the three treatment groups is lower than that of the control with insignificant difference (P 〈 0.05 ), in which the difference of the group with 0.03% fulvic acid addition being the most significant (P 〈 0.05) ; the survival rate of the treatment groups is higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05).
