摘要
目的:观察女性头部内伤(脑震荡)恢复期的证型特点,并采用前瞻性队列研究观察中医辩证治疗的效果。方法:对68例女性脑震荡恢复期患者的证型表现进行辨证分型,根据辨证后的证型采用对证中药方治疗1～3月。对所用68张处方的用药进行收集,并归纳分析在方剂中使用频率最高的前6位药物;根据中医病症诊断疗效标准进行疗效评价,采用SF-36简化量表进行中医治疗前后的生活质量评估。结果:根据本组患者的临床表现,主要分为气滞血瘀、肝气不舒,肝血不足、心神不安和脑气震动、脑肾失济三个证型;经治疗1～3个月后统计疗效,结果显示总有效率81%;治疗后各证型组SF-36——躯体健康和精神健康评分评分均有不同程度改善。结论:女性头部内伤(脑震荡)恢复期的证型以气滞血瘀、肝气不舒证多见,中医辨证治疗可有效缓解症状,并对生活质量状况有改善。
Objective：To observe the characteristics of syndrome types in women with convalescent cerebral concussion and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.Methods：Sixty-eight female patients were classifieds into different syndrome types and treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 1 to 3 months.Among the 68 prescriptions,6 herbal medicines that were most frequently used were selected.Meanwhile,Chinese criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect were used to evaluate the curative effect,and simplified SF-36 scale was used to assess the life quality before and after the treatment.Results：According to patients＇ manifestations in this study,there were mainly three syndrome types：qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,depression of hepatic qi,deficiency of liver-blood,uneasiness of the mind,shaking of brain qi and imbalance between brain and kidney.The total effective rate was 81% after 1-3 months treatment,and there were various improvements in physical fitness as well as in psychological health in all groups.Conclusion：The main syndrome type in women with convalescent cerebral concussion is qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and depression of hepatic qi.Treatment based on TCM syndrome classification can promote syndromes effectively,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
