摘要
随着世界经济一体化的加速发展，国际贸易与国际直接投资相结合的趋势愈发明显。理论界不少学者因此做出种种尝试，试图在一定程度上将国际贸易理论与国际直接投资理论融合起来，建立一个国际生产的一般理论，以统一解释企业的国际生产活动。本文将现有的国际生产一般理论区分为两大类：一类是基于国际贸易理论的国际生产一般理论，另一类是基于国际直接投资理论的国际生产一般理论，在对它们进行简要的述评之后。
Abstract With the ever accelerated
development of world economic integration, the trend of fusion of international trade and direct
investment theories becomes even more distinct. In theoretical circles scholars have
accordingly made various attempts to establish a sort of general theory of international
production combining these two theories in order to interpret international production activities.
This paper distinguishes two categories of the current general theory of international
production: One is the general theory of international production based on international trade,
and the other is the general theory of international production based on international direct
investment. After a brief comment on the two categories, the author indicates the chief direction
of the general theory of international production.
