摘要
目的寻找和探讨治疗周围性面神经麻痹更为有效和方便的针刺方法。方法将107例周围性面神经麻痹患者按首诊先后顺序随机分为两组,治疗组54例采用齐刺翳风穴为主,对照组53例采用常规针法治疗为主。结果治疗组治愈率为77.8%,总有效率为98.1%;对照组治愈率为58.4%,总有效率为88.7%。两组治愈率、总有效率及治愈患者所针刺的次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用齐刺针法针刺翳风穴为主治疗周围性面神经麻痹是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To seek and explore a more effective and convenient method of treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and seven patients with peripheral facial paralysis were allocated, in order of first visits, to two groups. The treatment group of 54 cases received triple needling at point Yifeng as main therapy and the control group of 53 cases, conventional acupuncture as main therapy. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 77.8% and 98.1%, respectively, in the treatment group and 58.4% and 88.7%, respectively, in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the cure rate, the total efficacy rate and the number of acupuncture treatments for a cure between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using triple needling at point Yifeng as main treatment for peripheral facial paralysis is an effective way.
