摘要
通过模拟自然遮阴条件,对德国鸢尾、鸢尾、日本鸢尾3种植物的外部形态、生理生化特征进行了研究。结果表明:随着遮阴强度逐步加大,3种鸢尾属植物叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素的总量都呈增加的趋势。植物的叶片宽度逐步增宽,叶片厚度逐步变薄,植株高度越来越高。叶片质膜透性(RPP)在各遮阴处理水平上,德国鸢尾、鸢尾、日本鸢尾的叶片质膜透性RPP变化显著。随着遮阴时间的延长,各鸢尾属植物绝对含水量大部分呈上升趋势,变化不显著。在不同遮阴处理水平上,3种鸢尾属植物的分蘖数表现出显著差异,在全光照的26%水平以上大部分是呈稳步增加的,在全光照的8%水平上分蘖数都出现下降趋势。
By simulating the natural shading conditions, the external morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics of three Iris species ( I. germanica, I. tectorum, I. japonica, ) were studied in this paper. The results showed that with the increase of shading degree, the contents of Chla, Chlb and total Chl were increased, the leaf width and plant height were also increased while leaf thickness was decreased. The tiller numbers of the three Iris species were gradually increased with the shading intensity from the full exposure levels to 26% of full exposure, while the tiller numbers were decreased at the 8% of full exposure level. For each shading treatments, the leaf RPP of I. germanica, 11. tectorum and I. japonica were obviously different. With the increase of shading time, the water content in the leaves of three I. species was trended to increase but there was no significant difference.
