摘要
综述了丙烯酰胺类水溶性荧光聚合物的合成方法、应用、理论研究及最新进展。这类聚合物可通过可参与聚合的荧光染料及其标记的单体与丙烯酰胺类水溶性单体共聚,或荧光染料与丙烯酰胺类水溶性聚合物及其衍生物反应制得。这类聚合物的荧光检测下限已达到0.1×10^(-6)~0.01×10^(-6)g/g。
The paper reports synthetic method,uses,theoretical research and new development of water
soluble acrylamide fluorescent polymer. The polymer can be copolymerized by fluorescent dyes and its marked
monomer with water soluble acrylamide monomer, or by fluorescent dyes with water soluble acrylamide
polymer and its derivatives. The lower limit of fluoresence detection of the polymer has reached 0.1 × 10-6~
0.01×10-6g/g.
