摘要
目的探讨股动脉路径冠状动脉介入治疗患者使用StarClose血管闭合器的安全性和有效性。方法对2008年12月至2009年3月50例患者应用StarClose血管闭合器的止血效果、失败原因及处理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 46例成功止血(成功率92%),平均压迫止血时间为2 h,卧床制动时间为4 h,4例止血失败(其中2例为初学者操作失败),只有1例发生严重并发症需要外科血管缝合,无术后假性动脉瘤和动静脉瘘等并发症发生。结论冠状动脉介入诊疗术后使用StarClose血管闭合器安全有效,明显缩短了患者的卧床制动时间。
Objective To study the safety and effectiveness of StarClose vascular closure system in patients undergone percutaneous coronary intervention through femoral artery route.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients using StarClose vascular closure system from December 2008 to March 2009 were analyzed,including haemostatic effects,failure causes and treatment methods et cl.Results Successful hemostasis were got in 46 patients（success rate was 92%）.The average time for hemostasis was 2h,the average bed rest time was 4h.There were only 4 patients suffering from bleeding（two cases were failed operation by beginners）,in which only 1 patient need vascular sutures,no postoperative pseudoaneurysm and arteriovenous fistula and other complications occurred.Conclusion For patients undergone percutaneous coronary intervention through femoral route,the use of StarClose vascular closure system was safe and effective,which could significantly shorten the patient′s bed rest time.
