摘要
目的了解天津大港油田在职职工的高血压流行现状,分析其危险因素,为高血压的防治提供科学依据。方法通过分层抽样,随机选取在职职工(年龄20～60岁)3269例,对高血压患病率及其危险因素进行分析。结果该地区在职职工的高血压患病率为24.75%,男性高于女性(P=0.000),高血压患病率随年龄增长呈逐步上升趋势(P<0.01)。性别、超重、过量饮酒、高三酰甘油血症、年龄、高尿酸血症是高血压的独立危险因素。结论天津大港油田在职职工的高血压患病率处于较高水平,应采取综合干预措施以达到防治目的。
Objective To study the prevalence of hypertension in employee of Dagang oil field and risk factors of hypertension,and to provide the scientific evidence for the intervention measurements.Methods The employee aged 20～60 years were selected basing on a gradation random sampling design.Questionnaire survey and medical examination were employed.The data were analyzed by Spss11.5.Results The incidence of hypertension was 24.75%,the incidence rate between male and female had significant difference（P= 0.000）,and increased with age（P〈0.01）.Male,high body mass index,excess alcohol intaking,hypertriglyceridemia,aging and hyperuricemia were the main risk factors of hypertension for employee of Tianjin oil field.Conclusion The morbidity rate of hypertension for employee in Tianjin Dagang oil field reached higher level,intervention measures to hypertension population should be strengthened.
