摘要
长期应用激素将对股骨头有损害作用。近年来的动物及临床实验表明其作用机制可能为:长期过量应用激素可以使骨细胞脂肪变性、坏死,股骨头血供障碍,骨质疏松,最终会导致股骨头缺血坏死。而他汀类调脂药物能降低血脂、防止骨细胞变性,同时能促进股骨头血供,改善骨质疏松,从而达到预防其坏死的作用。
It would injure femoral head for prolonged and overdose using adrend cortex hormone.The results of the animal experiments and clinical trials in recent years proved the several factors which can induce necrosis of the femoral head includes fatty degeneration of osteocytes,disorder in blood supply of the femoral head,osteoporosis.Statins are used to control and prevent the injury of the femoral head,becauce it reduces serum fat,prevent fatty degeneration of osteocytes,promote the supply of blood in femoral head and improve osteoporosis.
