摘要
复合皮由自体皮和异体真皮/异种真皮或人工真皮组合成,可以用于深度烧伤创面、烧伤晚期残余创面及瘢痕整形等领域的治疗,效果较理想。因为目前还没有皮肤附属器和良好的渗透性,以致不能达到自体全厚皮的功能和要求。复合皮将会在重建表皮、皮肤附属器和三维真皮支架几个方面发展,成为良好的皮肤替代物。
Composite skin is composed of autologous epidermis and heterogeneous or artificial dermis,which can be used for the deep burns,the late residual wounds,and the wound of plastic surgery.The curative effect is better.However,composite skin without skin attachment is awkward in its permeability,unable to achieve the function of normal skin.Composite skin will be modified in the outer skin,the dermal three-dimensional structure,and attachment structure,as a better skin substitute.This article reviews the clinical application and development of composite skin.
