摘要
随着对尿毒清的深入研究,发现尿毒清除了具有清除体内毒素,缓解慢性肾功能不全患者的症状作用外,还具有广泛的生物学效应。近年来研究显示,尿毒清有抗肾小管-间质纤维化作用。它对细胞因子的作用、细胞外基质的合成、单核/巨噬细胞浸润也有着重要的调节作用。这些发现为今后慢性肾功能不全的治疗提供了更广阔的前景。
With the further investigation into Niaoduqing,it has been discovered that Niaoduqing is active in a wide range of biological reactions,in addition to alleviating the symptoms of chronic renal failure.Recent studies showed that it was also active in anti-tubulointerstitial fibrosis.It functions to regulate the function of cytokines,the synthesis of extracellular matrix,and the infiltration of monocytes and macrophages,as a promising regimen for chronic renal insufficiency.
