摘要
p53是研究较为广泛的抑癌基因,p53家族的其他成员p63、p73陆续被发现后,即成为人们关注的热点。由于在结构上与p53具有较大的同源性,所以被认为可能是候选的肿瘤抑制基因。但是,由于p63比p53结构复杂得多,所以在生物学上表现出多样性,同样在肿瘤组织中也存在多样性。如今,p63在肿瘤中的作用存在很大争议。为此,就p63的功能及与上皮性肿瘤的关系予以综述。
p53 is the most intensively studied gene in molecular oncology.It has recently shown that the new family members p73 and p63 are highly homologous.As their structures are highly homologous to that of p53,it is likely that both genes are candidate tumor suppressor genes.However,because p63 is more complex than p53 structure,it is biologically diverse,similar to that in tumor tissue.The role of p63 in tumors remains controversial.In this paper,the function of p63 and its relationship with epithelial tumors are reviewed.
