摘要
舌癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,复发率高,预后差,常因术后的局部复发与远处转移而致患者死亡。近20年来,国内外学者开展了舌动脉栓塞治疗舌癌的解剖学基础、治疗方法、药物选择、疗效评价等方面的研究,临床观察与实验研究表明,舌动脉灌注栓塞化疗治疗晚期舌癌可明显提高其疗效,降低复发率和减少全身不良反应。
Carcinoma of tongue was one of the most frequent malignant tumors,there was high relapse rate on the carcinoma,and prognosis was worse,it could cause death because of region palindromia and distant place aversion.For the last 20 years,domestic and overseas scholastic carried out some researchs about arteria lingualis chemoembolization on the treatment of advanced stage carcinoma of tongue.,such as anatomic foundation 、therapy 、medicine selection 、evaluation of curative effect and so on.Clinical researches and experiments have indicated：curative effect could be increased by arteria lingualis chemoembolization on the treatment of advanced stage carcinoma of tongue,the relapse rate could be degraded and adverse reaction all over the body decreased.
