摘要 树突状细胞是专职抗原递呈细胞,可以双向调节免疫反应。调节性树突状细胞是树突状细胞中具有免疫调节功能的一个群体,在维持免疫平衡,诱导免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。近年来,调节性树突状细胞在肿瘤、感染、移植耐受及免疫性疾病的发病机制与治疗中的作用成为免疫学领域的研究热点。现就调节性树突状细胞的生物学特性、培养、诱导免疫耐受的机制及在临床中的应用予以综述。 Dendritic cells are specific antigen-presenting cells,playing a double role in immune response and immune tolerance.Regulatory dendritic cells are a group of dendritic cells important for maintaining the immune balance and the initiation of primary immune responses of immunological tolerances.In recent years,the investigation into the roles of regulatory dendritic cells in tumor,infection,immune regulation and the pathogenesis of immune disorders arouses more attention.This article reviews regulatory dendritic cells in its biological feature,culture,mechanism of immunological tolerance induction and clinical significance.
