摘要
高层和超高层建筑采用塔吊施工时，塔吊的正确选择关系到施工安全和经济效益。对选择买塔吊还是租塔吊需进行租金计算，经对比后确定，应重视塔吊基础的作法及安全操作规程，以保证安全生产。
The appropriate selection of tower crane for construction of highrise and super-highrise buildings would certainly affect the construction's security and benefit.It is therefore that either to buy or to lease the tower crane should be deliberately considered,such as lease interest,construction's safety and profit.Through all these deliberation and comparisons,the tower crane's bottom pedestal construction and operation safety should be carefully attended so that a secure construction could be assured.
