以“托鲁巴姆”为砧木的茄子嫁接苗耐低温特性研究 被引量:11

摘要 研究了低温条件下,以“托鲁巴姆”为砧木的嫁接茄子的生理生化变化,对嫁接茄子的抗寒性做了初步探讨。结果表明:随低温胁迫时间延长,以自根苗(CK)为对照,嫁接苗发生冷害的时间延晚,受害程度相对较轻;嫁接苗电解质渗透率增加趋势较CK平缓,且明显低于CK;光合强度较高而呼吸强度相差不大;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降趋势较CK稳定;酯酶(EST)及过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱带变化可以推测出嫁接后对冷胁迫抗性生化物质改变。 This paper shows the biophysiological change of eggplant Seedling grafted on Solanum torvum under the low temperature treatment and makes the preliminary discussion. Results are as follows:with the time prelong under the low temperature stress,in contract with the non grafted seedling (CK), the gragted Seedling’s chilling injury emerges later and the degree of injury is lighter than non grafted seedling;the increase of electrolytic leakage is steadily slower than CK markedly;the photosythesis rate of the grafted seedling is higher while the respiratory rate of both grafted and non grafted seedling have no difference;CAT activity is steadier than CK;the change of the EST and POD’s Isozyme stuggests the chaage of biochemical material against the low temperature stress after grafted.
