冠状动脉钙化积分在冠心病诊断及风险预测的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)在冠心病诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析近3年来我院同时行64排螺旋CT(64-MSCT)冠脉成像和冠脉造影检查的285例住院患者的冠脉钙化积分,及其与冠心病的关系。结果 285例患者中冠心病患者180例,以钙化积分分组,随着钙化积分的增多,冠心病的患病率增加。结论冠脉钙化积分对预测冠心病有较高的敏感性。
