摘要
研究低成本、高性能的工业机器人控制系统是适合我国国情的工业机器人应用思路。基于VB开发柔性的机器人PLC控制系统,可以通过友好的人机界面,由用户根据实际应用需要,对机器人的动作逻辑和运动参数进行修改。这种动作编程简单的开放式控制系统可以降低对操作者的专业素质要求,有利于工业机器人在生产中应用推广。
The idea of designing a low cost and high performance industrial robot's control system is suitable for china's condition. A flexible robot's PLC control system was developed based on VB. Through the friendly human-machine interface,according to the actual application requirement,the robot's motion logic and parameters could be modified. This open control system of motion simple program can reduce the operator's requirement in professional quality and be beneficial for the industrial robot's popularization in production.
