Development of Automatic Test System for Air Filter Performance

摘要 基于欧洲标准EN779:2002,研制了一套一般通风用空气过滤器性能自动检测系统,包括检测台和相应的软件。首先,简单介绍了检测台的总体布局,详述了该检测台中传感器和控制部件的选型与部署;然后,从开发语言选择、设备管理、检测过程、数据组织及报表输出等各方面说明了软件开发的思想和过程。系统经性能考核,运行稳定,能够输出符合欧洲标准EN779:2002的全套测试数据报表。 An automatic test system for determination of the filtration performance of air filters for general ventilation is designed. First, the test rig according to Standard EN 779:2002 is introduced briefly, Second, the choice and deployment of sensors and controlling device on the test rig are expatiated. Then, thinking and processing of software development are explained in many aspects, including language choice, device management, test processing, data management and output of reports etc.. The test system runs steadily, and can output all kinds of reports of the Standard EN 779:2002.
