摘要
改革开放以来,我国的高等教育取得了重大发展。以《高等教育法》的颁布为标志,我国高校管理中的重大问题基本上做到了有法可依,高等学校取得了较为广泛的办学自主权,政府与高校的关系也初步得到理顺。但是,高校在处理各种关系时依旧面临许多的困惑和问题,产生了很多的矛盾和纠纷,明确高校治理过程中的权力与责任是我国高等教育持续、健康、稳定发展的必然选择。
Since reform and opening up,China has made significant development in higher education.The promulgation of Higher Education Act marked that the major issues in managing China＇s colleges and universities had laws to go by,colleges and universities to obtain a relatively wide range of school autonomy,the relationship between the Government and universities have been straightened out preliminary,but colleges and universities in dealing with all kinds of relations are still faced with many puzzles and problems,resulting in a lot of contradictions and disputes,definite the power and responsibility in the course of universities management is the inevitable choice for the sustained,healthy and stable development of china higher education.
